Pilates for runners
I can help with individual running goals, looking at the fundamentals of running technique. I use exercises and mobilisation to improve running form, enhancing movement potential and helping to avoid injury.

Duncan has been teaching Pilates for over fifteen years, having qualified in matwork as a master matwork teacher and a level 4 lower back pain exercise specialist.
